Dearly beloved, As we have journeyed together during these past three months, we have been blessed to experience a beautiful sense of spiritual fellowship and fraternity. A big thank you to the Parish Committee and all the members of our spiritual organisations for your continued efforts in making our parish a meaningful and spiritually enriching community. It is now time for us to come together to celebrate our Parish Day and the Feast of St. Basil, the patron saint of our parish. I know that we are all preparing prayerfully for this important occasion. I warmly encourage each one of you to participate wholeheartedly in all the programmes and celebrations arranged for 3 and 4 August 2026. Your presence, prayers, and active participation will contribute greatly to making this celebration a joyful and spiritually enriching occasion for our entire parish family and the guests who are expected to participate on the day of the feast. May God strengthen our faith, deepen our love for one another, and guide our parish community in its journey of faith and service through the intercession of St. Baselios Eldho Bava.
With prayers and blessings, Fr. Dr. Jacob Joseph Vicar St. Basil Syriac Orthodox Church, Melbourne
